WHAT CAN REIKI HELP WITH? Clients often seek Energy Work sessions for things like (but not limited to): Chronic conditions in the physical body (ie: back pain, headaches, joint pain, allergies) Emotional struggles (ie: trauma healing, difficult decisions or experiences, insight into childhood or past lives, depression, brain fog) Difficulty sleeping (and insight into dreams) A component on their weight loss journey General rebalancing of the body to improve function, relaxation, and increase joy Blocks in relationships, finances, or health Reduce inflammation in the body After illness, difficult encounters, surgery Life coaching, guidance for life path, deeper understanding of purpose Because it just feels amazing!! **important to note if you are new to energy work, this is a fully clothed session. I do utilize a massage style table for comfort during the session. Should you prefer to sit, a comfortable chair is also available for the session.**
ARE THERE AGE OR HEALTH CONDITION RESTRICTIONS? Energy work is non-noninvasive working synergistically with traditional Western Medicine approaches. It is always effective and 100% safe for every age: pregnancy to hospice. Energy sessions do not seek to diagnose or provide medical advice in any way. Please speak with your professional medical provider with concerns.
WHAT PETS CAN BE CONNECTED WITH? Any pet is a fit for this session be it a dog, cat, bird, iguana, or chicken, to name a few. I do also work connections with pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AN IN-PERSON SESSION? I suggest you wear something comfortable. I utilize a massage style table for you to lay down during the session. A chair is also available if this meets your comfort needs better. I request phones be switched to silent and watches that connect to your phone be removed for the session. You remain fully clothed for this session. Light touch is used and can be eliminated to match your comfort level. *Please note this is not a massage service.
UNLOCK YOUR SPIRITUAL RESOURCES MINI RETREAT A small group mini retreat type of offering with 3 different workshops offered. The first of the 3 is the Still Point Gathering. Please contact me for additional workshop details. This is designed for a minimum of 2 participants with up to 5 and takes place in the comfort of your home (local clients only - a zoom version will be available at a later time). The time commitment will be around 2-3 hours depending on the number of participants. Cost also depends on the number of participants and starts at $222
WHAT HAPPENS DURING/AFTER A SESSION? A wide range of experiences take place and often differ from one session to the next. Energy work, at times, is extremely gentle and the most a person notices is a significantly deeper level of relaxation in the body. Other times tingling sensations, warmth, or a display of lights and shapes behind closed eyes are experienced. Do not worry if you don't feel anything at all. Reiki is always effective and often works in ways our nervous system does not detect. I guarantee every single session works to support the body's natural healing processes whether you are in-person or receiving a distance session. After a session, I encourage you to drink more water than usual. This helps to physically move the energy we move during the session out of the body in a physical way. Post session a client may experience temporary and minor fatigue or feel more emotional than usual.
PRICING QUESTIONS Pet connections are $90 per pet per session and paid when scheduling. Distance Energy sessions are $90 and paid when scheduling. In-person energy sessions are $90 per session and can be paid at the time of service. Intuitive Channeled Messages are $111 per 3 questions submitted and paid when scheduling. Space Cleansing depends on your location and starts at $90 Soul Growth Outlook $145 per outlook Mini-retreats and workshops are event and attendance #'s dependent.
WHY DON'T YOU USE ZOOM FOR SESSIONS? I work with clients all over the United States and as far away as Australia. Often time-zone differences create scheduling conflicts. An overwhelming majority of my clients who utilize Distance Sessions prefer having a written account of the session. Understanding, connections, and details will often make sense days, weeks, or even months after a session takes place. By receiving a written account of the session, a client is able to revisit those notes as often as they wish for as long as they wish. A live Zoom/Facetime/Speaker Phone call session is an option however I do not provide any type of recording or written account of those live sessions.
Soul Growth Outlook ?'s Does this predict exactly what I will experience? Not exactly. This is a prescriptive offering that looks at how the energies will flow. Because you retain free will, the energies may shift based on your choices, and the influence of others as it relates to the timeline in which your life manifests. I am confident that it will provide frame work and an outline for navigating each month with deeper awareness and conscious control of how you experience your life. What other tools does it contain? Each SGO is tailored to the individual clients and may incorporate important astrology transits, mantras, and/or sound healing frequencies, to highlight a few. Do these run with the calendar year? What happens if I'm seeing this in July? The SGO is created for 12 months from the date ordered most often starting with the month immediately following the order date. Ex: order date 3/25/2026 - the SGO will begin with April and end in the month of March 2027.
HOW DO DISTANCE SESSIONS WORK? Energy is not contained by the constructs of time or space. In the same way your phone automatically connects to a wifi signal or cell tower service, I too am able to connect with the energies of your body to affect change, supporting you while you remain in the comforts of your own home. During the scheduled time of your session it is most beneficial if you are able to be in a quiet relaxed state, be that in your home, a park, or parked in your car in a quiet area. It is not however, required.
DO YOU NEED TO MEET MY PET Similar to human energy work, an energetic connection is made with your pet utilizing the Reiki model (a Japanese Healing Modality). These sessions last about 60 minutes and I typically work these remotely without real time connection via phone or zoom because the vast majority of my pet clients prefer the written documentation of the session. This approach allows them to read and re-read what comes up in the session ensuring they do not miss any detail while eliminating the need for them to take notes or misremember something from the session.
COMMON QUESTIONS/REASONS FOR A PET CONNECTION Pet Connection sessions are tailored around your desired intentions, allowing for up to 3 specific questions to be asked of your pet. Typical Pet Connection sessions include the asking of your questions, energy work to balance and support any imbalances in their bodies, and additional insight they wish you to know. Examples: Are you happy? What can I do to increase your happiness? Insight into specific behaviors ie: jumping, refusing to eat, responses to specific people Accelerated healing after surgery Improved integration of new animal in the house Recent move and a desire to help acclimate and ease anxiety Injury or illness Do you want another animal friend Rescued animals - assisting with clearing traumatic experiences General curiosity - what does my pet want me to know? Have they had past lives? Did they choose me or why did they choose me? Nothing is off limits, however I do not offer death predictions.
ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE? Yes! Absolutely! Simply email, text, or call to request a certificate for a specific service or one for a general amount to be used however the recipient wishes. I will email you a printable PDF that you can print for a physical copy to give or you can attach it to an email for gifting.
IS IT A RELIGION? DO I NEED TO BELIEVE IN THIS? Reiki is a spiritual practice in nature but not affiliated with any specific organized religion. Energy therapes work regardless of belief. Openness does enhance your awareness of results but belief is not required for the session to be successful.
SPACE CLEANSING This is offered for local clients and is excellent after illness, arguments or tough emotions in the home or office. If you're listing a home for sale or moving into a new space. It is perfect seasonally, if you collect antiques or thrift shop often, after you've had house guests, and wonderful to utilize in conjunction with astrological transits and moon cycles. Energetic space cleaning is great for vehicles and office space as well!
